Engraving

Diamond engraving $.22 per letter; Rotary and laser engraving $.32 per letter.

Logo $60.00 one time digitizing charge for plaques, trophies, and acyrlic. $5.00 each reproduction (e.g. 10 plaques = 10 logo charges).

Plaques and acyrlic 20% off listed price; discounts for quantity, call for details.

Free Engraving

Is based on trophy plate engraving; maximum 3 lines, 60 letters, same copy; see sample below. Personalizations add $0.25 per occurance

 

Artwork

Black and white camera ready art is required for best results. Fax or photocopies are not acceptable forms of art work. Bitmaps (*.bmp; *.jpeg; *.gif; *.tiff) need to be a resolution of 300 dpi minimum, 600 dpi preferred. We also accept the following : CorelDraw 10; Photoshop 5.5; Illustrator 9. All text must be converted to curves or fonts must be included as an attachment. When submitting art we accept the following media Zip100, Zip 250 and CD ROM.

 

Recommendations

Vector art such as Illustrator provides superior reproduction quality and allows images to be resized without the loss of sharpness or detail.

 

Production Time

For in house items;10 working days for credit established accounts. Rush service available at an additional charge of $20 or 20% of order pending factory approval.

For advertising specialties; varies according to vendor.

Production begins the day after the reciept of order, approved artwork & credit.

 

Terms

Net 30 days to open account customers. Finance charges, not exceed 1-1/2% per month will accrue on past due balances. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds. There is a $30.00 charge for each returned check.

 

Collections

Accounts requirinng collection will be liable for all collection costs, including all fees, costs and expenses incurred.

 

Shipping

All orders shipped via UPS. If another carrier is preferred please specify on order. If not we will use our own judgement in selecting a carrier and method to meet your deadline.

 

Freight Charges

Billed shipping weights for items packed on oversized boxes may vary greatly from actual shipping weight. Other variances may occur from product density, packaging and dimensional shipping weights based on carrier guidelines. AwardPros is not responsible for differences in final freight charges versus quoted estimates.

 

E-Mail Requirements

All e-mails sent must include contact, organization and phone number. Please provide a hard copy of artwork to verify correct art and fonts were received.
